Andean switchbacks
The climbs out of Medellín — Las Palmas, the Alto de Minas, the long haul up to Jardín — are hundreds of consecutive corners taken at 30 to 60 km/h. The 411 makes its peak torque at around 4,000 rpm, which means you can hold second or third through an entire sequence of hairpins without slipping the clutch or hunting for gears. The 21-inch front wheel steers slowly enough to feel planted, and it does not get deflected when the camber and the surface change halfway through a corner.
